Sailing In To Say Hello.....

It's my day to post on the Poppystamps blog and today, I'm saying Hello to a cousin that just might enjoy a little card.  If you want to see  how I made this little card....hop on over to the Poppystamps blog page.

This will be a bit short today.  I had a fight with a cat food can and lets just say, the cat food can won. So it's a bit difficult to type with a big ole BandAid  finger.  Ouch!

Until next time....Hugs from my world to yours.

Looking toward Easter....

With Valentines Day gone, I'm thinking of Easter.  Don't worry, I haven't forgotten St. Patrick's Day, I just don't seem to make cards for that occasion, it's mostly cooking and eating....yum....

Back to Easter.....It's my day to post on the Poppystamps Blog Page.  I hope you'll check out what I've made.  Here's a bit of a peek.

Well there you go....just a bit.....

I'm off to see what trouble I can find.....until next time,  Happy Crafting!

Happy Valentines Day

Sending Hugs and Kisses to all my crafty buddies.  I hope your day is filled with love.

I've had a terrific week, Paradise Scrapbook Boutique had a very successful  re-opening. It was wonderful visiting with friends I'd not seen in what seemed like forever.  The shop is over the top and Karen brought in so many beautiful new products.  Not that I needed anything, but who could resist.

Do you want to see some photos?  Karen's shop has everything beautifully displayed.....
And there's more.....
There's even more.....
One more?  Ok.....
I absolutely love her new shop.  It's so warm and welcoming.  A definite boutique, so very pretty.   I wish you all could come and spend some time here.  If you want to see more, visit her blog page Paradise Scrapbook Boutique.

I'm off to bed.  Lots to do tomorrow.

Again,  HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

Two quick notes.....If you know me, that's nearly impossible!

A quick reminder....my card classes for February are nearly filled.  There are still two spots available for Wednesday the 18th.  If you are interested give Karen a call (530-876-8037).  This is the outside of the card I'll be teaching.
But wait....there's more.....With the scraps I've made 4 additional cards.  You could too.....and here is one of them.....
Did I not say I'd be quick?  Ok, I'm not done yet.  So, do you know what Tuesday the 10th is?  Nope, not my birthday, better!  It's the day we gals have been waiting for....Karen's new shop is open in Paradise CA.....and I know quite a few gals who will be there...me included!  TWO MORE DAYS!  I feel like a kid waiting for Santa!  Want a peek through the window?
Want to see more?  You can follow her on Facebook or on her blog page...... Paradise  Scrapbook Boutique  I hope to see you, it's been far too long!

One more thing....for those of you who don't live in drought stricken California, you may not know why this is such a glorious sound..... We've had 5.63 inches of rain so far from this storm.  We live in the foothills, so flooding isn't part of our life, falling trees is, but today the wind is mild and the rain is really coming down.....Sending thoughts to those who live in the valley, I hope flooding isn't part of your day.

Until next time, I hope your day is happy, and your week is crafty.....
Hugs from my world to yours,
Mary Mac

Sparkles Christmas Challenge

Card # 2 for this 2015 Christmas Season.  Only about a zillion more to do....

In 2014 I went crazy making cards.  By the time I was ready to mail I had over 100.  Then I got out the list and saw I needed more.  Don't tell anyone, I went out a bought a box.  My plan for 2015 is to check my list and remove several names.  Handmade cards will be sent to family, close friends and elderly relatives.  People who don't craft have no idea how much time it takes to create even a simple card.  So, raising a glass to all my crafting friends.  I celebrate you and the cards you create with love.

One of my goals for 2015 is to do more coloring.  That said, I am so slow.  I absolutely love to color, and I get lost in doing so.  I was looking for a fun digi to color and found it on the Bugaboo Digi Stamps site.  I found this cute little Christmas Mice digi and it was fun and quick to color.  The sentiment was made on my computer.Check out the Bugaboo site, there are tons of cute graphics, not just  for Christmas.

The sponsors for this month are.....

Check out the Sparkles Christmas Challenge blog page to find out how you could win.  Bugaboo is gifting 7 Digi stamps....and Crafty Ribbons is gifting $10.00 worth of merchandise.  Fabulous gifts I'd say.

As you know, I'm a stickler for finishing the inside of every card I make.  So, here is the inside....

Nothing fancy, a bit of a repeat from the outside, a sweet sentiment and this card is finished.

I'm off to see what the design team gals have created.  Do you want to come along?

Wishing you a crafty week.  I'll be looking to see what you create.

Hugs from my world to yours,
